As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. The following cancellation policies apply to each site reserved, including group bookings.

Cancellations made 2 days or less, prior to arrival date will receive NO refund.
Cancellations made 3-13 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of one nights stay.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

A $10 Reservation Modification Fee will apply if a customer requests to switch reservation dates that are entirely outside of their original reservation dates.

Monthly reservations are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.
